Shipping Policy

Before placing an order, we always advise our customers to go through the description of the product thoroughly on the product page.

“After your product(s) has been successfully placed, booked and packaged, it will be shipped within 24-48 working hours. The expected time frame for the delivery of the booked products to the shipping address is between 3-7 business days.”

Different products have different lead times for delivery depending upon the tie up of various manufacturers with various logistic companies.

Delivery of products is not attempted on Sundays or public holiday. “Public Holidays”

Please note all the items will be shipped with an invoice mentioning the price, as per Indian Tax Regulations.

The lead time for shipping the product will be counted from the day the order will get processed. This is because, sometimes, our order processing team may needs to make verification with the customer who has placed the order. There is a chance that when our customer support team may call you, and you may not be available and our team drops an email to you. Till we receive a reply from you or till the verification is completed, a particular time has already passed. That time will not be counted under the lead time. Only when the order gets processed and the verification is completed, the lead time will be start.
